Shipping and Returns

All domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground from Charlotte, NC.

All international orders ship USPS First Class Mail International from Charlotte, NC.

At this time we do not ship any packages using USPS First Class mail due to shipping delays and missing packages. 

Made to Order Policies

Turn around time for all made to order items is currently 4-6 weeks from date of purchase to day of shipment.

Holley and Sage does not accept returns on made to order items.

Ready to Ship Policies

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the item, but the items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. All items will be inspected upon return. 

Buyer is responsible for the return shipment.  We can provide a label upon request but it will be deducted from the return amount. 

If the items are in their original condition after inspection, the full amount minus shipping fees will be returned to the original form of payment. 

Please e-mail before submitting a return so we know to look out for your item.

Exception: If the buyer receives a damaged item, we will pay for the return shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item please send images to orders@holleyandsage.com within 5 days of receipt.  If it has been 5 days since the package has arrived the item will be processed as a regular return and buyer will be responsible for return shipment.
